1. Introduction

Welcome to Press. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online reservation system, and any services provided through our restaurant (collectively, the “Services”). By making a reservation, dining with us, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Please review them periodically. Your continued use of our Services after changes to these Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Reservations

When making a reservation at Press, you agree to the following reservation policies:

Reservation Duration: Your table is reserved for a two-hour duration. We kindly ask that you be mindful of your time to allow other guests to enjoy their experience.

Arrival Time: You are requested to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation time. We will seat your party once the entire group has arrived.

Late Arrivals: If anyone in your party is delayed more than 15 minutes, we will seat the next group, and your party will be added to the waitlist. We recommend arriving on time to avoid delays.

Cancellation and Adjustments: You may cancel your reservation or adjust the number of guests up to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation by emailing us at info@pressri.com. A cancellation fee will apply if we are not notified within this time frame.

Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $10 per person will be charged.

Adjustments to Party Size: If your reservation changes from 5 guests to 4 guests and we are not notified within 24 hours, a cancellation fee of $25 per unnotified guest will be charged. This is to cover the costs associated with holding additional tables.

Parties of 8 or More: For parties of 8 or more guests, which require multiple tables, the following policies apply:
• A minimum food and beverage order of $60 per guest for dinner or $40 per guest for brunch is required.
• If the total amount spent falls short of the minimum per person, the difference will be added to your bill on the night of your reservation.
• A 20% gratuity, taxes, and any amount exceeding the minimum will automatically be added to your final bill.

3. Payment and Billing

Payment for Meals: All payments for food, beverages, gratuities, and any applicable fees are due at the time of service. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.

Event Reservations: For events or large group bookings, the payment policies outlined above apply, and any minimums or fees related to food and beverages will be charged accordingly.

4. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

We strive to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions and food allergies. Please notify us in advance when making a reservation if you or any of your guests have any allergies or specific dietary preferences. While we make every effort to accommodate these needs, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in the food.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior notification, we will charge a cancellation fee of $10 per person. This fee helps to offset the impact of no-shows and ensures that we can accommodate other guests.

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you make a reservation or use our Services. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any personal injuries, losses, or damages sustained by guests while on our premises, except where caused by our negligence. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Restaurant Name] from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our Services.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, fire, war, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

8. Governing Law
