We are in search of a skilled and passionate person to join our team as a Line Cook at our new cozy upscale cafe/restaurant in our historic downtown location. The selected candidate will work closely with our Executive Chef to assist in the execution of the menu to satisfy and exceed our guests’ expectations.

  • Assist the Chef in preparing components for service
  •  Follow recipes and guidelines set by the Chef to ensure consistency and quality
  •  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, equipment, and food storage areas
  •  Support in inventory management and stock replenishment as required
  •  Collaborate with the culinary team to meet production goals and uphold standards of excellence

responsibilities

  • Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred. 
  • Basic knowledge of cooking and or baking techniques. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. 
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from the Chef. 
  • Enthusiasm for creating delicious food that leaves a lasting impression. 
  • Availability to work full-time / part-time / Morning shift / Night Shift 
  • Availability must include some weekends and holidays
    (we will not be open Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Years Day, and Easter Day)
